NAD+ Benefits

Our NAD+ IV therapies help with the structure, function and genetics of your mitochondria, resulting in many benefits.

What is NAD+?

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) is a co-enzyme found in our bodies that declines with age. Low levels of NAD+ have been linked to many disorders, including cognitive, heart, and neurodegenerative issues. This vital co-enzyme is important in maintaining the integrity of our DNA and is vital to the function of the mitochondria in our cells, which you may remember hearing about in high school biology as “the powerhouse of the cell.” Problems with our mitochondria can cause serious issues.

The end goal of our IV therapy is to repair the Mitochondria with our IV infusions.

Primary Mitochondrial disorders show up in children as type 1 diabetes, epilepsy, cardiac diseases, psychiatric disorders and autism. Secondary Mitochondrial disorders show up in adults as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, anxiety/depression, mood disorders, autoimmune disorders, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and hypothyroidism.

There are even studies showing correlations with Alzheimer’s disease and low NAD+ levels and ongoing treatments of NAD+ therapy for Alzheimer’s disease with positive outcomes.

Benefits of NAD+ IV Therapy

Our NAD+ IV therapies help with the structure, function and genetics of your mitochondria, resulting in many benefits.

Energy

NAD+ makes ATP, which delivers energy all over your body.

Sleep-Wake Cycle & Circadian Rhythm

Go to bed, shut your eyes, wake up 6-8 hours later ready to start your day! Not kidding, a true story for all ages!

Anti-Aging

You will see an instant improvement in your skin, hair, and just overall appearance. People will notice a difference!

Weight Loss / Management

ATP takes macronutrients and vitamins and converts them into energy, in turn boosting your metabolism. If you want to go out for the night, enjoy delicious foods and beverages and not gain weight, it can finally happen. If you are adding NAD+ into a diet and exercise routine, get ready for the pounds to fall off!

Brain Health

Research has shown that low levels of NAD+ are associated with anxiety and depression, autism, ADHD, addiction and other mood disorders like bipolar disorder. Conversely, people with low NAD+ levels are more prone to developing these disorders likely due to oxidative stress.

Athletic Endurance / Recovery

Increasing your NAD+ levels allow for more energy to be sent to your muscles, making you stronger and increasing your stamina. This combined with the anti-inflammatory properties of NAD+ leads to less pain, more mobility and a much faster recovery.

Immune System

Your immune system is very complex and NAD+ plays a big role in it. Consider these key points:

  • Did you know that Covid-19 attacks your mitochondria?
  • Ever wonder why some people get sick all the time and others don’t?
  • Ever notice how some families are filled with cancer and others aren’t?

Infertility

Factors in infertility that are also linked to low levels of NAD+:

  • Mom’s DNA
  • Oxidative stress
  • Autoimmune disorders

More and more women are holding off on having babies later in life. As we age our natural NAD+ levels decrease, which has been linked to a decrease in egg quality. Research has shown promising evidence that supplementing with NAD+ can improve the quality of oocytes, which are cells in the ovary important to reproductive health and fertility.

DNA Repair

Apoptosis is the process of programmed cell death. Mitochondria play key roles in this process because they eliminate bad cells. Some examples that add to Mitochondria DNA dysfunction are genetics, trauma, sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, alcohol, drug abuse and chronic illness. Increasing your levels of NAD+ will aid in repairing your mitochondria.
